Q.

My 10 years daughter does not eat vegetables..fish milk rice..not gaining weight .very thin..if l force she vomit ..she has leg cramp .what to do?

A. for good Growth of the child it is important that the child should get proper nutritional requirement which is very important for the growing child specially iron and vitamin D is required for better growth and cognition . also there is role of other micronutrients. one should ensure that the child should get a proper balanced diet which contains all types of nutrients essential for growth. any kind of infgdection specially any chronic infection should be ruled out and treated which may hamper the growth otherwise. after 2 years of age you can give some powder like kids Pro/ prohahnce junior mix in milk twice a day for one or two months.

A. Since your child is not eating well which is my problem I suggest you get the haemoglobin levels checked for the child has that could be one of the biggest reasons behind the issue that you are going to and the weight gain is also not happening because of that onlyWrite Your Answer Here
