Q.

My son is 10 years old and weight is only 26 kgs , he is very weak , not gaining weight, very thin , nowadays he becomes tired very soon, fussy eater, not likes to eat vegetables etc

A. Ghee, yoghurt, butter, soya, eggs, paneer, black grams, dates, all pulses, rajma, chickpeas, peanuts- jaggery chiki , dry fruit and nuts, fruit like banana, chikoo, grapes, mangi, custard apple will help to increase weight . you may give threptin biscuits
