my 3 year old baby do not eat properly, if I do force he vomit everything, what should I do....?

A. You should get a check with your doctor maybe your child is having some issues with the digestion which is why the child is not eating and when you try to feed force Puli the start vomiting because they are not willing to eat there is some problem with the stomach so please get a check with the doctor
