my 10 months old son had rashes on his rectal surface. first I thought it's diaper rash redness but after one day his hip , thighs had pimples , now on near knees and on hands too. what is this? what can I do ?

With h it can be associated with hand foot and mouth disease could be associated with chickenpox also so it would be better to have an assessment physically before you start with any treatment because you need to have a confirmation about the situation that is there
