my 10 months old baby got some pimples like in his private part getting lil yellow in colour. I am applying caladoux lotion what can b the reason for this? what else should I do. can I apply candid b cream or powder?

A. good evening it can happen because of use of diaper I would recommend you to make sure that you're using propyderm NF cream on the affected area that is to be used three times in a day every day
