Q.

my 10 Month baby having cold and cough alongwith fever of 100.6 temp. should I give him paracetamol or should I wait to decrease the temp. on its own.

A. if the child is 10 months old and if the child is having cough cold and fever for now you give syrup Sinarest 5ml 3 times in a day for three days and consult your doctor accordingly
