Q.

my baby had cold cough and fever ,I gave paracetamol after food she took it then I gave antibiotics after 10 min of paracetamol but she vomits all , should I give her medicine again or should I wait for tomorrow.she ate cerelac at night but she also vomit all cerelac,what should I do

A. sir she vomited after giving her medicine should I give medicine again or should I wait for tomorrow as it's already 10.30 pm

A. Cough along with Cold most of the time is a viral illness and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration. you can give steam inhalation which is very useful . cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators or antitussives medicine which should be given only after a proper evaluation by the doctor according to the type of cough.cd if fever is there paracetamol can be given to reduce the fever and the dose can be repeated after 6 hours again if required .
