Q.

My 1 year old daughter has fever 103.3 at midnight she was having mild fever 5 pm today so i give her calpol then the 2nd dose i give her 10 pm at night after dinner but now its 2 am and she is having fever 103 what to do now

A. hi. you can repeat the same dose if paracetomol in every 4 to 6 hours. also do tepid sponging woth room temprature water. consult your doctor in person.

I have given Calpol 250 Syrup 5 ml to her at 2 pm (1st dose) , but the fever again comes & given 2nd dose at 8 pm. Please suggest if any medication required.
