my 2.5month baby got her 2nd dose vaccine yesterday now she has mild fever so how much ml paracetamol should I give and how many hours once should I give

A. hi। you can give 0.4 ml of paracetomol drops 120 mg in every 6 hours of if temp increase by 100 F. increase breast feeding. o. k.
