Q.

hi doctor, my son getting fever at midnight, so can give syrup before sleep, means 9 pm,?

A. yes you may do for one or two days but after that also if the fever is coming please meet your doctor to find the cause and go for blood investigation if the fever is not decreasing in 3 days
