AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom. The weight gets triple the birth weight by one year. The weight of ur baby is on the lower side. Give three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between to ur baby.
Include egg, ghee, dry fruits, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, Banana shake, potatoes, rice, chicken etc in ur baby's diet for weight gain
