my 1 year 7month old baby has four upper teeth and two lower teeth .is it ok or not?

A. Hi.yes it's totally normal.. kids usually get their complete set of 20 milk teeth upto the age of 3-3.5 years. gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth 3-4 times a day to facilitate the eruption process of remaining milk teeth
