Q.

My 1.7 year old is not sleeping. Goes very late to sleep giving a tough time. Sleeps only at 1.30 or 2. And wakes up every one or two hours crying.

A. To get your child into the right pattern so I’m just going to recommend you that you should make sure that your child is awake through the day if your child is going to be awake through the day and your child would be busy then over the period it would be easier for you to make your child sleep in the night time

My baby girl is 8 months old and i feel that she does not sleep a lot i.e she sleeps sometimes at 11:30, 12:30 or sometimes even at 2:00 in the night and then wakes up at 8:00 in the morning or at 9:00 sometimes then she’s awake for an hour and goes back to sleep at 10 or 10:30 and sleeps till 1:00 and after that she’s continuously awake and goes back to sleep by 7/7:30 in the evening, sleeps for an hour and then is awake till as I mentioned earlier so that’s her sleep cycle
