my 1.5 month baby didn't feel comfortable during tummy time

That is because you should not give tummy time before completing the age of three months the head is not stable not even partially which is why the field discomfort by the age of three months they would be able to lift their head and partially the head is going to be stable so that’s the right time to go for it
