please stop giving such things.
give homemade freshly cooked, Healthy food items like Ragi or makhana porridge , suji kheer, dal rice,curd rice , multigrain idli, sheera, rab etc
check for teething as it can cause low appetite.
I would suggest to give silicone teether like Babyhug silicone teether to soothe teething pain.
