Manali K MehtaMom of a 9 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi parejt you may take steam you should take some water lukewarm every h alf hour in the day time don't use demineralized water use simply purified water having TDS higher than 359 take sunbathing daily with head and ears covered in the morning
