mujhe 2 months period aya but 1 time spooting ayi hi uske baad kuch bhi nhi aj 4th days ho gye hi bilkul blinding nhi hue meri delivery hui 8 months complete hi gye hi nd yeah mera 3rd periods hi 1st July me sep me nd ab nov me aya hi but no blinding

A. it seems uou are breastfeeding so its usual. You can show to a gynac and get a proper check up to get the right diagnosis and treatmentbest is to use a good contraception and wait fir weaning as after that it will get ok

A. Don't worry. Pregnancy ke itney lambey tenure ke baad body ko normalise honey mein time lagta hai. I suggest aap ek achhey gynaecologist ko consult karo , darney ku koi baat nahi hai.

A. Hello mom This is all because of hormonal changes in body after delivery so you should not worry about it at all sometimes it happens and it is quite normal so don’t worry. These things get normal by its own in next few months. Till the time you have to maintain a proper diet and add more jeera in your regular diet plan
