A. Hello mom it does happen at times , you can regularly massage your breast after every feed , and take foods such as garlic , fenugreek and drumstick leaves, oats, flax seeds, milk and products, dry fruits and nuts, jeera or ajwain or saunf water as well , panjiri etc If required you can feed the baby some coconut milk which is freshly made at home as it’s a good alternative to formula as well
