Mera breastmilk bhaut kam hai....so I have to feed my baby on formula milk....plz tell me to increase the breastmilk

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom Have shatavari with warm milk twice a day to increase bm. The more you feed the more milk production will be there. Include jeera garlic fenugreek raw papaya oats etc in ur diet to increase bm. Take care and all the best
