AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom No it is not like that.. Mother with small breast can have sufficient breast milk to feed her baby. The more u feed the more milk production will be there. Mother should exclusive breast feed her baby till six months. Take care and all the best
