i am facing low breastmilk..what to do ?

A. It is a demand and supply mechanism, so latch more often. Have fluids before and after breast feeding. Natural foods to enhance lactam/ breast milk is dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, sauf, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts , makkhana everyday. Drink lots of milk and curds and plus proteins supplements.

A. hi mam,many nursing mothers are facing this problem but the main key to increase your breastmilk supply is to provide plenty of breastfeeds to a child. because the more your child takes feeds , the more milk is produced. massage your breasts with coconut oil you can also take galact powder or shatavary granular with warm milk for this.
