Breakfast is the only meal that can boost your energy for whole day. So it is important to add in baby's diet plan. You can give fruits like banana, apple in a mashed form. It is optional to add some milk. You can add breast milk too. Start with a good meal

Good Growth of the child is very important and for this most important is that child should take a healthy diet where its necessary to give a balance diet which should contain all the nutrition required. This is very important for building the immunity also.
Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc.
Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most common.
Supplements like iron supplements and multivitamin hwith lysine like syp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 monthsj to increase the appetite.
Diet counselling is also very important .

As ur baby is 10 months old u can give different varieties of breakfast like idli, upma, besan chilla, prantha with curd, sooji porridge, oats porridge ,vermicelli with vegetables etc to ur baby.
