Yeh cerals tasty hone ke sath sath healthy bhi hain kyunki yeh organic ingredients jaise millets, fruits, vegetables, almond powder, oats powder jaise ingredients se bane hai. Aur inme kissi bhi tarah ke sugar, preservatives and chemicals ka use nhi kiya gaya.
