mom of five months baby does return of periods after few months of delivery causes decrease in breast milk supply ?

there's no link of periods with your supply.
take iron calcium and cap lactare regularly.
eat protein rich diet and stay hydrated for healthy milk

It is just a myth that has got nothing to do with the quality and the quantity of breast feed. It completely depends upon your body how it is taking up with period some women skip it for a really long time and some don’t but it has got nothing to do with your breast
