A. Hai good afternoon !! Fruits,vegetables are rich in fibre,minerals,vitamins so including in daily diet meets the balanced nutrition ,for good metabolism. Give vegetables in regular meals - mixiing with dal,sambhar,kichidi ,vegetable grate or small pieces in roti/paratha,,topping on dosa,omlet,chilla.
