#minal hi mam I have put on weight on my pregnancy and i had c-section, please guide me how to loose weight

A. start working out. see postpartum weight loss should be gradual and systematic. avoid crash diet n involve some sort of exercise after six weeks only. go slow with walk n yoga to execute healthy weight loss. try to avoid heavy weight lifting initially

A. hi after 6 months of delivery, you can start doing exercises and yoga for this till that, prefer to Walk more avoid using vehicles for short distance take Healthy, homemade food items avoid taking processed oily spicy food increase your fluid intake
