Meri section delivery huyi hein 3 saal pehale. Mera weight kum hein lekin belly pe loose skin or kafi charbi hein. Bacchi ka khayal rakhne ke liye joi nahi hein isliye gym ja nahi sakti to meine ghar pe hi 1.5 saal se kuch exercise start kiye. Thoda effect bhi huwa but pet ki charbi loose hein or jyada bhi hein. Exercise se wajan kam huwa pn pet nhi. Diastase gap 1.5 finger hein

A. you may start with basic exercises like walking. Atleast one hour of walking every day czn give you good results. You can also do basic yoga exercises regularly especially surya namaskaram, pranayma these are very beneficial of your body is really fit then you can also go the gym for workout. Start with very simple firm of exercise
