meri delivery ko 4 month ho chuke, C -Section se hua tha baby but mer belly abhi tk ander nai hua apni normal position mein,foola hua sa rhta hai,kitna tym lgega ander jane mein, uterus ko apni normal position mein Aane ko,kya C-SECTION mein tummy bahar hi rhta hai kya?kaise tummy ander kare

A. The tummy fat will not go away on its own. After 6 months after surgery you can start doing all sorts of exercises especially core abdominal exercises to lose the tummy fat
