meri delivery 27 oct ko hui thi which was normal delivery.. ab kuch dino se mujhe thand bht lg ri hai.. mai apne app ko ache se cover kr ke rkhti hun and pura dhyn rkhti hun apna bhi baby ke sath sath fir bhi thand bht lg ri hai.. even meri body ka temperature ya toh 94 ata ya 96 thermometer mein.. what should I do?

It is winter and obviously cold will be there.
Still get a thyroid profile done as in hypothyroidism there will be cold intolerance and then consult a physician
