meri 27 oct ko foceps delivery hui thi.. so mai workout kb se start kr skti hun? and deit bhi.. diet from an expert dietion only.. kindly suggest

A. three months gap. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide yousee only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust her

You can start working out when is cheese heal completely maybe after three months you can go ahead with a proper Vagad and diet if you start doing right now even with the advice of an expert advise let me tell you it is going to affect your breast feeding and it will become zero over the period so you decide right now your focus should be on feeding your child well and eating well or working upon losing on the orbit
