It is not good as per the age of the child so I would advise you definitely see a dermatologist apart from that make an onion coconut oil in which you can add some curry leaves also heated and let it cool strain it and start using it start with the iron and omega three after consulting the doctor vitamin D3 also but you should consult the doctor before you start any of the supplements
