meri c section se delivery hui thi 20dec ko mera belly mujhe km krna h to belt konsi use krte h or kbse bcz yhi soch kr 3mnth ho jayenge 20march ko kya ab belt use krne se km hoga pait

A. well any belt id is ok as its to support your muscle abd not the fat loss. try yo eat more pf fruit n vegetables abd cut on junk totally too
