meri beti ko raat me bahut zada khasi ho rhi h or then vomiting ho rhi ...abhi kafi raat h bacha Sona chahta h per so nhi pa Rahi kya kru

A. कृपया सिरप एलेग्रा 3.5 मिली दिन में दो बार और सिरप एस्थेलीन 5 मिली दिन में दो बार दें। हर 3 घंटे में नाक गुहा में नेज़ल सेलाइन बूंदें डालें और अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से भाप लें। अगर अगले ढाई दिनों में बच्चे की हालत में सुधारx नहीं होता है तो कृपया अपने डॉक्टर से मिलें और पीने के लिए गर्म पानी दें। दूध के साथ तुलसी, अदरकz, शहद और हल्दी जैसे घरेलू उपचार दें।

A. You can give ginger juice and honey mixture to the child along with that if you have a nebuliser you can put some saline water also you can nebulise the child with that that is also going to help in opening up the congestion and would be helpful for easy breathing and sleeping
