meri beti ka primary teeth hil rah hain aur aske pichhe permanent teeth nikal aya hai, to kya primary teeth apne aap gir jayega?

If the permanent ones have started to come you should get it checked with the dentist they have to extract the milk teeth because otherwise if you do not get extracted and wait them to fall down naturally then the entire shape of the teething and Gun are going to get distorted so you have to get them extracted
