better post your question again with attached picture of your child.
or visit your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment as advised

Try applying pure coconut oil on the affected area to reduce the discomfort. If the problem is persistent then consult your child’s doctor for evaluation and advice. Continue breastfeeding.
