meri beti 2 yr 1 month ki hai uska weight 9 kg hai doc ne wellbaby multivitamin syrup diya hai kal se start kiya tha aaj usko vomiting hui or fever bi hogaya aesa kyu

A. Shayad baby ko infection ho sakta hai medicine Karan nahin hai. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment
