meri beti 1 year 6 month ki h usko bhut cold ho gya h. aur eye flow bhi pls suggest medicine

Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it can be allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination. steam inhalation wgill be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like wikoryl, alex cold In viral illness there can gbe cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration .
