meri baby kuch din se pet dard ki sikayat bta rhi h or kuch kane k bad thode time bd hi vomt kr deti h bhi kuch dino se aishi chal rha h or khana bhi theek se nhi kati mana krti h 2 year ki hone wali h

A. Stomach pain in children is a common complaint seen frequently. There could be many reasons for this .it can be functional or due to some pathology which needs to be ruled out. Commoncd causes are constipation gaseous discomfort worm infestation gastritis gastroenteritis or some chronigc infection . Syp cyclopam 5 ml can be given sos for stomach pain and consult your doctor for proper examintation to rule out the cause .

A. Could be a little bit of indication that your child is going through all the singer absolutely common at this age with care sweet has been happening for sometime I suggest you please consult your doctor and get a treatment started for indigestion issues
