A. aapka baby dudh kam pi raha hai isliye aapka dudh bhi kam hote ja raha hai, isliye wo rote hai kyuki dudh ata nahi hai. aap Ayurvedic shatavari lijiye dudh me 3 time. palak, methi, safed urad ki daal khaiye, aur sabse main baat - garam tel se breast massage kare. bohot faydemand hai. muze bhi 1 month dudh nahi tha. mene yehi kiya aur 1 week me result aya. jitna baby aapka dudh piyega utna hi aapko milk produce hoga. hope this helps you too.
