Cough and cold can we because of some allergic reaction in the body most of the time it is viral in the origin need to give symptomatic treatment first like steam inhalation gyand some home remedyies cough expectorant may be required along with anti allergic medications

No it is absolutely not like that if you give your child a bath with normal water like maybe little warm water that it is completely fine switching of temperature after a bath and you can give a bath to the child on an every day basis or alternate day however you feel goodWrite Your Answer Here
