meri 4.5 month ki beti ruk ruk ke(within seconds) urin pass krti he?din me o more than 8 times urine pass krti he nd clr of urin is colourless..it is notmal or necessary to consult doc?

urinary pattern in small children is totally different. they may pass more than 20 times per day urine also and sometimes they will pass urine again and again in only one hour.
the minimum requirement would be more than 7 times in 24 hours. if it is less give more breast feeding or milk and if it is more no need to worry if the child is not having any other complaint.
there is no problem if the urine frequency is normal and the child is not passing urine at night

NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello 8 times is normak and is absolutely nothing to worry about and make aure tge baby is getting sufficient breast milk and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same
