Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 8 yr 1 m old boy2 years agoA. yes can give ors after 2 episodes of vomiting wait for one hour then give vomiting medicine (syp ondem/emeset) 5ml and then again wait for one hour and then give only easily digestible food. do not give anything to eat in this 2hr waiting period. if vomiting occurs again then meet your doctor. avoid giving milk and heavy diet. vomit usually occurs due to gastritis

Vritika AroraMom of 3 children2 years agoA. electrolyte is for loose stools. you can offer ors to the child in boiled cool water. it will keep the child well hydrated. give paracetamol drops after 4 to 5 hours. consult the doctor if still the fever comes after 2 days or any other health issues.
