Maintain proper hygiene wash the area properly after every time the baby pees or poops and dry it properly If using diaper then either Stop it for sometime or give enough diaper free time to the baby after every change Also it could be due to the weather conditions so can apply some coconut oil on the affected area or some baby powder.
