Mere Normal delivery hui h abhi 25 April ko fat kam karne ke exercise bato sahi se par mei baby ko apna feed karwati hu to diet bhi batna jaldi se patali ho jao

A. needs regular try to lose weight with exercise. go sloey. to be tone up. work out like aerobic n gym are very effective. you can put aloe gel or olive oil to help make process better.

A. have warm water or jeera water in the morning in empty stomach. Avoid carbs and replace with brown rice n millets. Avoud junk food and have healthy snacks. Avoid sugars and use natural sweeteners. These few changes wil sure help you lose weight easily. Millets or brown rice czn be replaced for white rice
