It only supports our muscles, while they go back in themselves as our uterus shrinks in size.Now let’s say you are 3/4 month post partum, you still have loose belly flab or still look pregnant, thinking that belly binding will help snatch your waise would be a myth. What will help? Exercise. Going for walks/ starting yoga/ pilates/ body weight workout/ core workouts .
