A. yes it is normal
breastmilk is divided into hindmilk and foremilk. hindmilk is initial milk that comes in which is watery and comes thick creamy milk that is foremilk. baby should receive both

pehle thoda pani jaisa milk aata hai jise fore milk kehte hai...fir uske baad thoda thick milk aata hai jo hind milk hota hai..
Ghabrane ki koi baat nhi hai.
