my baby's motion is like watery.. after every breastfeed is it normal?

A. At the age of four months no it is not normal I think your child is genuinely suffering with lose motions so it is going to be better to consult your doctor will help you with the right medicine to control loose motion because initially for one month and the child takes what you can see little bit of water into the motion after that it would not be a good thing
