My 2 month old daughter is passing watery motion after every breastfeed do i need to worry

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. no there is no need to worry this is common in babies Some babies may be passing stool immediately after feeding this is because of gastrocolic reflex present in babies as the baby will be growing it will come down
