Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. it may be due to sweating only. It is usual for baby during this age group . No need to worry for this and no any medication is needed for this . For any problem can consult a doctor or pediatrician near by if feasible .

Kirti ChandwalkerMom of 2 children4 years agoA. first of all you should check in the mouth if some decay of teeth is happening there can be foul smell from the mouth and you should maintain hygiene as baby grows the the smell of sweat increases and that is why foul smell from Body Keeps On coming try to keep underarms clean
