mere bacha 4 saal ka hai aur usko daily morning time 3to4 am ke beach coughing hoti din ke waqt nai kuch medicine or syrup please suggest

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. it is important that proper ventilation in the sleeping room of the child should be present and avoid any type of mosquito vaporizer which might also cause such coughing and try to prevent temperature variations around the child during the night time which is also a cause of coughing in children
